Administration

The leadership group including the pastor, principal, and faculty, shows a strong commitment to developing Catholic values and the spiritual formation of each student and family. Parents indicate that they see a strong witness on the part of the staff with regard to the Catholic faith and the staff sees the principal as a spiritual leader.

Faculty

The faculty at St. Mark’s School is a well qualified group of educators who see themselves as ministers to the students and families of the school and parish community. There is a significant amount of experience amongst the teachers. Dedication to the schools mission is evidenced by low staff turnover and willingness to help wherever they are needed.  Teachers are appropriately certified for their instructional areas. Teachers who are Catholic can witness to their faith in a variety of ways.The faculty is committed to ensuring that all students meet or exceed proficiency levels associated with their grade level.

St. Mark’s School has been blessed with excellent teachers and staff throughout the past 42 years.  Leading the school is the principal, who has been with the school for 26 years.  There are 16 classroom teachers and 4 classroom aides.  Additional staff includes a reading specialist, psychologist and school nurse.  Ancillary staff includes two secretaries,librarian/computer, custodian, and maintenance and kitchen staff.
